Lone Wolf Camping Trailer Warranty Terms & Conditions

Camper Trailers:

 

Terms/Conditions: 

    • All prices are inclusive of VAT,
    • All orders are bespoke per customer and as such will be made to customer specifications
    • A none refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of ordering
    • Final full payment is required upon collection/delivery of goods
      • Goods will be collected/delivered within 7 days of notification of availability
      • All goods remain Lone Wolf Camping property until full payment received.
    • Delivery will usually be 13 weeks from order, delays may be incurred due to reasons beyond Lone Wolf Camping control, as such Lone Wolf Camping will not be responsible for late delivery, Lone Wolf Camping will notify as soon as any delay is known .
    • Delivery/collection can be agreed at the time of ordering

    Warranty

    Lone Wolf Camping warrants that, subject to the limitations and exclusions below, all parts of our manufacture or assembly of the Camper Trailer are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of:

    • Chassis & Drawbar – 5 years
    • Tent & Components– 12 months

    from the date of purchase. Any shortcomings in the original material or manufacture will be corrected without charge to the original purchaser for parts and labour incurred in that rectification.

    If work under this warranty is required, the purchaser should immediately contact Lone Wolf Camping. The warranty is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser if the Camper Trailer is sold by the original purchaser during the warranty period.

    Warranties are not valid on items purchased for the purpose of rental, loan or commercial use.

    No warranty is offered on products sold at auction or as demonstrator, factory seconds or used products.

    Your Lone Wolf Camper Trailer comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under UK Consumer Law. The benefits within our Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies under UK Consumer Law in relation to this product.

    This warranty does not apply if the damage occurs because of:

    • Accident
    • Fair wear & tear (wheel bearings, wheels, tires, paint, travel cover, zips and mesh)
    • Misuse, neglect or abuse
    • Storm damage or other acts of Nature
    • Inadequate maintenance
    • Unauthorised repairs made or attempted

    Should a warranty claim become necessary during the warranty period then the product should be returned to Lone Wolf.

    The warranty covers the original Camper Trailer only. It does not cover the following items:

    • Appliances and equipment which are not manufactured or supplied by Lone Wolf Camping (for example a refrigerator, freezer or customer modifications) are covered by the warranty of such items for the term offered by the manufacturer of such items.
    • Any defect resulting from overloading, misuse, negligence, accident or other cause beyond the direct control of Lone Wolf Camping, use and maintenance manual should have been followed at all times and operations undertaken when required/scheduled. Suspension, wheels nuts and bearings must be checked before every trip.
    • Wheel bearings must be serviced by an authorized motor mechanic in 6 month intervals. Note for extreme use the camper will require more frequent wheel bearing service (River crossing, beach use, touring etc.)
    • Any defect resulting from fitting or installation of any accessories or options such as an altered tool box or other items after the camper trailer has left the premises of Lone Wolf Camping.
    • Any consequential damages or repair work necessitated due to continued usage or towing after a defect has, or should have, become apparent to the purchaser or user.
    • Any accommodation or re-location expenses including fuel/freight. Loss of earnings or rents or other costs incurred before or whilst repairs under this warranty are being affected.

    Tents:

    Tents are guaranteed to be in new merchantable condition at the time of purchase. General wear and tear is exempted. Zips and mesh or screens are not covered. General Consumables: (e.g. bearings, light bulbs etc)

    NOTE: This manufacturer warranty does not cover general consumable parts on the Camper Trailer and rust on any painted surfaces of the trailer or any of its components. (E.g. axles, springs, couplings and jockey wheels.) wheels or tyres

    Transit: Lone Wolf Camping is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods in transit; however we are happy to help in resolving shipping issues if reported to us within 12 hours of delivery

    FACTORY SECONDS, EX-DEMONSTRATION AND DAMAGED GOODS

    • From time to time, Lone Wolf Camping Trailers may offer for sale items deemed to be “factory seconds”, “ex-demonstration”, “second hand” or “damaged”.
    • Any items sold as “factory seconds”, “ex-demonstration”, “second hand” or “damaged” items are sold on an “as is” basis.
    • There are no warranties, refunds, credits, exchanges or similar associated with such items. In the sale of such items, Lone Wolf Camping Trailers will attempt to provide all relevant information regarding the item, including faults, defects, or similar, however, there may be instances where minor defects or imperfections have been overlooked. This is PURELY UNINTENTIONAL and in no way alters the nature of the sale.
    • Due to the nature of such items, i.e being “ex-demonstration”, “factory seconds” or “damaged”, it is reasonable to expect that some imperfections or flaws may exist even where it is not initially apparent. By purchasing such an item, you agree to this statement in full and accept that there are no warranties implied or expressed.
